I (Liz Murphy, Founder of I Cook You Serve), recognised the challenge of balancing family time with the demand for nutritious meals back in 1996, I saw an opportunity to fill a gap in the market. My passion for providing homemade meals stems from early struggles to balance work and family, leading to the inception of I Cook You Serve in 2011.
With qualifications in food hygiene and safety, allergen awareness, and a 5-star rating in environmental health, I ensures that every meal is prepared with care and attention to detail. From using natural ingredients to catering to individual preferences and dietary restrictions, my commitment to quality and convenience shines through in every dish, making life easier for all my clients without compromising on taste or nutrition.
